Transportation: Group transportation provided and required **
Event Parking: Parking for personal vehicles for the duration of the 4 day tour tour is provided at the start/end location in Baddeck. I’ll do the driving so you can enjoy the scenery.
Cost for shared rooms: $1675.00 shared occupancy rooms
Single room supplement: +$300 for single occupancy rooms
ILP Discount: Photographers with the ILP Photographer Service from the International Landscape Photographers will receive a -$50 partial refund- on their registration. Contact me requesting your refund after registering and I’ll refund you $50 after confirming your ILP service. This refund needs to be claimed before October 1st, 2024. Contact me after registering *and before Oct. 1st* to collect your $50 ILP service benefit in the form of a $50 partial refund!
Partial refunds for ILP Photographer Service holders are not available after October 1, 2024.
* A minimum is 3 registered guests are needed before Sept. 15, 2024 to host the tour. If a tour is canceled due to low registration on or before September 15th, then you will receive a full refund of your registration fee. Refunds are not permitted for any other reason. Details of the tour refund policy and our limit to liability are outlined on the Refund Policy page and on the Terms and Conditions page.
** Participants are not permitted to follow the lead tour vehicle in their own vehicles due to safety and insurance concerns and travel efficiency. As the tour leader and driver I need to focus on driving and not frequently looking in the mirrors to ensure that cars following me are still behind me.
